Hi I am trying to put together a Diabetic assessment form that meets the standards required by AHPRA. I have got all the basics such as pulses, skin colour, texture and temperature, sensation (monofiliment, tunifork), what else would you suggest to include in the form to provide a more accurate outcome??

    all suggestions are welcome!!

    many thanks Mhairi Curle

    Hi Mhairi,

Form sent through to you by email. If it doesn't show up in your inbox have a look in your Spam folder as it is from my business address and might not get past MSM filters.

    Best wishes
