The DVA Victoria transport office and other services have recently moved again..
Of course they failed to notify anyone.
It would appear that several support functions have been shifted to Queensland and NSW.
So the old email, fax and phone numbers have stopped working.
We have had several days of the transport fax number being busy and emails returned.
Called our local Federal MP's office to seek help and they found out from the Ministers office that, "Yes, there had been some changes and that they would not affect anyone".

The fax number changed from busy to working this morning. ( 2 Feb)
I suspect that they have had a call forward service put in place.

However, I also suspect this will work for a month or perhaps three, depending on the option that was selected with Telstra and then it will stop again.
I have asked that we all be sent a letter of apology for our lost time and an "it wont happen again" statement:deadhorse::pigs:

Also DVA Diabetes assessment approvals have a new fax number.
I am sure that will also be in the letter. not.
