    Aloha,

    It is important to understand that when working with foam shoe systems this will happen.

    May we assume that the EVA and PU midsoles in shoes and boots do the same thing?

    Perhaps if we add an advanced composite simple spring machine tricorrectional joint under the insole material we can reduce the effects of heat deformation and degradation of materials and reduce the need for heat molding foam insoles.
