Just wondering if anyone could recommend an electronic notes system, have looked at practice pal, although looks very good, it is a lot more than what I need. My practice is based within a medical centre which provides full reception service, i am looking for a system to mainly handle my clinicall notes.

    Cheers

We use TM2 with touch notes and it has proven to be really excellent. Great support, good pricing and excellent system flexible across disciplines.

I've just started using mypractice ( mypractice.net.au) which allows you a month's free trial. It is set up for other allied health but is pretty useful & reasonably priced.
    Cheers,

PPS has a clinical notes system within their 'Pro' package which is basically 3 main sections (none of which are mandatory to use so it lets you breathe a bit I find) dedicated to recording clinical notes in the simplest form, with the option of text sets and symbols.

You also have 'Treatment episodes' to record the main details of the treatment which contains the seperate clinical notes that you have record and custom forms if you want the easier 'click here to say yes or no' type forms, which I find the easiest to deal with on a day to day basis, with graphs and images I can draw on.

You can click the link in my sig or go to www.rushcliff.com
