Last year, early so as not to have to wait, I got the requisite software to become paperless. Now I really know the software, the good and the bad, by trial and error because this type of software usually does not have a manual.

Anyway I want my money. Where is my money? OK, I know that I have to show some things, I have the list. The first thing on the list is to show "a meaningful use of the software." How the hell does one show that? Is there a website that gives forms to fill out? Is there a person who can review this and give me my first installment of $18000?

Does anyone have any recommendations for e-prescribing? Cheap would be good. Is anyone using anything that they like.

Any, btw, I need an associate who is willing to work hard for little money knowing that they can have my practice whence I am too old (not too far away now) and ugly (already there).

a good place to start for information is the CMS website http://www.cms.gov/EHRIncentivePrograms/

You will need to register with CMS from that website, to do this you need to have a PECOS file, and to be using a certified EHR. I believe one of the requirements may also to have a working eRx.

Can't help with the associate, sorry.
