So I've been dealing with foot issues due the arches in my feet for about 13 years now. I can't find an insole that seems to make a significant difference. Ive done the plaster moulding of my foot, the foam step in boxes, and many other avenues. Over the years the pain has increased and it seems that nerve damage and issues have come along with the wear and tear. I've been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy and gout.
