I am interested in the types of the advertising and marketing for podiatrists that exists within different communities nationally and internationally. The podiatrist shown below has decided to advertise his laser toenail services on the sides and backs of the Regional Transit buses here all through the greater Sacramento metropolitan area. I believe these may be the most expensive ads taken out by any podiatrist in our community.

Is this type of advertising common in other communities? Would this type of advertising be considered as being ethical in your medical community? Or does your community have podiatrists who have even bigger or more flamboyant ads?
