    Hi

I am a final year podiatry student and I am hoping to commence work in Sydney in January. I'm just looking for some guidance as to the best way to go about finding a job as a new graduate. Should I approach my local podiatrists' even if they are not advertising positions? Any thoughts would be greatley appreciated.

    Hi

We are interviewing some new grads now for a January start in Sydney, if you would like more information you can email me on liverpoolpod@hotmail.com.

We have already filled the other advertised position, but we were interested in a new grad as well.

    Regards
    Virginia

Welcome Mitch, you missed out on introducing yourself and leapt straight in :). all most missed the welcoming commitee.

Advertising here on Arena is good But yes approach any areas that you want to work in. Many positions come and go very quickly and many of us are on the look out for staff. Check out what sort of mentoring you will get as this can make a really big difference to esing into the "real world".

    Good Luck
