Hello Craig and all at Podiatry Arena,

I'd like to bring to the attention of members the establishment of a podiatry orientated not for profit organisation called Footscape. As per our website (www.footscape.com.au) Footscape recognises that disadvantaged communities are predisposed to debilitating foot pathology and endeavours to make available resources to address contributing social and medical determinants for affected individuals to sustain quality of life and wellbeing.
I'd encourage readers to browse our website, including the first e-newsletter situated within the News and Events section. For motivated readers there is certainly capacity to become involved and contribute to the organisation.
Thanks
Anthony

Hi everyone,
I'm delighted to report that Footscape has been endorsed as a Health Promotion Charity by the Australian Tax Office and now secured a Deductible Gift Recipient Status. Amongst the significance of this title Australian residents can now claim financial contributons to Footscape as a tax deduction. Thereby with the end of financial year fast approaching if you'd like to make a donation please go to the secure http://www.givenow.com.au/footscape website. This page can also be found by clicking on the 'Make a Donation' icon on the Footscape website (www.footscape.com.au)
If one were to review the task of securing endorsement as a health promotion charity they would appreciate it is a very difficult status to ascertain. Footscape based it's application upon the significant impact chronic health conditions bestow upon foot health. It is terrific the Australian Tax Office recognised this link and the resultant implications for health and well being in the greater community. -
