I have a 54 year old male golf sales rep with burning "coals" feeling to soles of feet. onset was an episode of frostbite in 2016. Healthy, no past medial history. no alcohol. no tobacco.
cymbalta and lyrica have failed. theralase laser has failed. orthotics and 1500mg daily gabapentin provide minimal relief. condition is gradually worsening.
blood work is normal. Neurology consult and NCV and EMG normal. SWMF intact.
I am interested to hear of any experience with this type of case.
