    Hi Team.

I have been treating an ostensibly healthy female in her early 30's for fungal nails for some years. She had a couple of infected nails, we treated them with laser and they resolved. Six months later, much worse. More laser, removed a couple of nails, came good. Few months later, worse again. Griseofulvin. Good. Then ceased, leading to a relapse. Again for 12 months - all clear. Ceased, reinfected rapidly and extensively.

I would like to hear any theories as to why this might be happening?

    Thanks Stephanie
