Hello all, first post here to introduce myself, started the Bootcamp a few weeks ago and have had my mind challenged by medial OA biomechanics, Internal ABduction moment vs External ADduction moment, I’m reading the thread and am up to #57. However I am still of the opinion to call BS on the ADduction moment, is it just me? If the knee is moving away from Midline = that is ABduction, any force/moment/lever that would cause it to move away from Midline is an ABduction moment, and at the present time I haven’t read anything to convince me other ways, yet. I’m hoping there is something I’m missing, maybe the lateral knee structure that offer the ABduction resistance would be referred to as ADductors?
