    Hello Everyone,
Right I've had this gentleman's wife on my domiciliary books for about 7 years i recently got asked to look at her husbands feet as he is now unable to cut his toenails. He was very reluctant to show me his feet as he has a very rare genetic disorder.
I will post a picture. He is happy for me to do this as he has had many trips to London hospitals with his son uncle and father as they all have been effected. This has been in their family for as long as any of them can remember, it isn't gender bias it can skip a generation it effects not only the joints in the feet but also the hands. When they went up to London for tests nothing was ever diagnosed and they were told they hadn't ever seen a case like this?
I was wondering if i posted the picture on here anyone would have any idea?
If anyone knows anything about it or can point me in the right direction of reading material that would be great.

Thanks in advance for reading this...
