A fixed term part time position has become available in the HARP Diabetes Foot Program at Doutta Galla CHS. The program is affiliated with The Royal Melbourne Diabetes Foot Unit and manages clients with chronic complex diabetes foot conditions who are at risk of frequent hospitalisation.

The service operates as collaboration between The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Merri CHS, Doutta Galla CH, The Royal District Nursing Service and Melbourne General Practice Network.
