    HELLO,
Its PRAGYA here.doing MASTERS IN PHYSIOTHERAPY in Orthopaedics in India.
As a part of masters curriculum we have to do research. As my area of interest is foot and ankle, so I thought of doing research on topic -Effect of foot types(pronated, supinated and normal foot)on peroneal reaction time and muscle activity amplitude.
Now basic problem coming in my way is,in our research lab we have EMG machine only.So problem arises how to correlate timing of trap door tilting with EMG. Please help me out.
    THANKS.
