    This is Aldrin Carrion recently graduated Chiropractor working in Chicago.dont know whos to send my questions so her i am:
    I have apatient works is construction ago last 15 years.3 months ago had ankle invesion injury after falling of the bench where he was standing for his work.He immediatelly has swelling,pain with limping.I've been tretating him PT: ultrasound 6min,electrical stimulation 15+hot pack since that swelling decreased and pain in minimal but pain and swelling comes back after long walking. Recently saw extremty specialist who recomentded Orthopedic Ultrasound:the findigs are severe tendinopathy of left peroneus brevis and longus tendonsadjacent to and extendoing several centimeters distal to the lateral maleolus.Plica in anterior glutter(with question mak asking if there are symptoms of impingement) and anterior talofibular ligament rupture.
    What is the progniosis for this patient and recomendations!
