Can anyone tell me what this product contains ? All I can garner seems like a lot of mumbo jumbo. Apparently it is 3x more effective than bleach and kills 99.9% of bacteria. It is nano- particle space age technology, based on NASA research. Approved by the NHS and satisfies EU criteria for safety and effectiveness. Great for spraying into the shoes of diabetics to prevent reinfection, apparently ! Feedback appreciated.

    Checked out the website:
    http://www.hyperionbiotech.com/products/hyperion-d
as soon as I read this:
= red flag. The NHS have not "approved" it. Its has been tested in an NHS environment..... big difference to being "approved".

I guess what it is, is a commercial secret:
    ...or its just silver ...

Lots of meaningless 'word salad' on the website; short on real info. ... it may even be a good product, but they need to improve the info being provided.

Being picky :)D ) it doesn't actually claim that Hyperion D has been approved for NHS use, just the main ingredients.

That could be Domestos (kills all known germs - dead) and water, for all anyone knows.
