Hi David,

A sign of things to come perhaps! We have here a virtual independent Prime Trust. Very interesting and reminds me of the report setting out Sir Nigel Crisp' agenda. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see this model used by him as the front runner in the PCT. model of the future fracturing of the NHS. that isn't a fracture after all!!!

That should light the Unions fuse for them if it becomes the norm. Interesting to see the staff haven't lost their NHS. statues as well. That should ease something like this into the system rather more easily unless the unions are looking for a fight of course?

Dear Cameron,

funny isnt it.

Same problems same comments on those same problems.

Halw way round the world.

I always find the term culturally sensitive interesting when it comes to health care.

I always thought you were either well or ill.

Culture makes little difference to the experience of being ill.

I would hope that the treatments and the respect offered to the patients is the same regardless of cultural backgrounds.

Or am i naive in this politically correct world.

I once had a professor whose stock phrase was "reflects a global trend." Health and education are political and I guess whilst everyone wants an ideal world but there is little real intention to change the status quo. However in the age of political correctness, 'cultural sensitivity' should read 'conditons apply'' Sometimes I wonder whether health and wealth are interchangable?
