I was loading and strapping a trailer this afternoon and I jumped down (I was about 6 ft high) and landed pretty hard. The ball of my left foot must've took the brunt on the impact. It hurt when I landed but wasn't too bad. Over the next few hours we drove and unloaded the trailer and went home. When I was out of the pick up my foot was sore and I limped but it wasn't killing me until I got home a few hours after I hurt it. Now it is unbearable to put weight on it.
