My 6 year old has lines/cracks/flaking on her big toe nails on both feet. (Pictures below) She has had them since a baby and her pediatrician at the time wasn't concerned about it. She's now 6 and still has them, although they seem to have slowly gotten worse over time.

It doesn't bother her, no pain or anything, but she does hate having her toes touched. We tried treating it for a fungal infection, although it doesn't show any other symptoms of being so, but that didn't do anything.
