    Over a year ago I missed a few stairs and landed on my left foot. The pain was immediate and intense, so I iced it and next morning went to see a doctor, had a non-weight bearing x-ray and since the x-ray didn't show any fractures the doctor diagnosed a Lisfranc ligament sprain. I was told to take it easy for 2 weeks and then resume with regular activities. I was able to limp on the injured foot and since I had no clue how serious this injury is I actually walked on it more than should...
