Hi looking for advise on my Lisfranc injury.

A little back story, I fell from a fence late December 2020, the fence paling snapped at the top and I fell to the other side and my foot got caught in a bowed out plinth at the bottom.
It resulted in 3 toes being dislocated from the middle of my foot (sorry can’t remember the medical terms) but it was the big toe and the two next to it.
It has been six months since I did the injury I have had two surgeries since, one to put the screws, plates...
