    I'm a 22-year old female with no previous orthopedic issues. Five months ago I began experiencing some left ankle pain when walking, which has since progressed to constant ankle and foot pain (in the arch) even when sitting down. After an MRI 2 months ago, the doctor diagnosed me with swelling in the accessory navicular bone. There were no tendon tears or abnormalities. I was in crutches and then a walking boot for several weeks, and now after 6 weeks of physical therapy I've been walking...
