    Hi there,

I have seen a lot of guys land on their heel first when running.

From my understanding this indicates over-striding or even act as a braking system, so should a heel-striker change to being a midfoot-striker?

Which striking patterns make running more efficient and cause less injuries?

I have been reading some contradicted evidence and would like some clarification.

    any input is appreciated.
