Hey guys.. well I have finally entered the 21st century, screaming and kicking, with my new facebook page. You can find it at

it is designed as an information and resource centre for students, professionals and interseted play people. it is not a discussion forum like PA, but I would very much appreciate any interesting posts from the PA community, or comment where appropriate. Any advice to this facebook newbie also would be much appreciated. hope you enjoy

simon, page looks good, we do a lot of business due to Facebook, things that may get you more traffic...... when you write a longer piece on a subject (PF for example) host it on a blog or similar and link to it, the more inbound (relevant) links you have the more the search engines will pick up on it, it also means you have another bite at the search engines if you tag subjects in the blog as most blogs are regularly crawled by the search engine robots. Another neat thing that FB have recently introduced is when you get 400 likes on the page you can then promote a post, costs £4-£7 to do this but where normally a post may be seen by 2-3 hundred by promoting it it may be seen by 5 thousand or more, it is a great low cost way of getting page likes and customers.

Thanks for the Newton's photo the other week to. Sorry for not replying I've had real drama with my hotmail recently. Shame we couldn't get out on the bikes when you were over...another time Badger Ale and the Surrey Hills are going nowhere.
