I have some curious symptoms, and I haven't been able to gauge what sort of problem it is.

When I'm sitting down, with my feet planted on the floor, I get a tingling and numb sensation throughout my toes, and all the way across the balls of my feet. I initially thought this might be related to metatarsalgia, but the sensation completely disappears when I'm walking. When I'm walking, I can't feel any sensation.
