    I regularly delve into the cess pool that is pseudoscience and it does take a lot to surprise me (I still recovering from the chemtards one).

    This one surprised me...
    You know those trigger points that you often can palpate in the arch in the intrinsic muscles, most often in those with plantar fasciitis ... well these "crunchies" are not really trigger points, they are:

    Dear Craig - very interesting reading!

    Can you help me understand exactly what a "crunchy" is. How do I go about feeling for it? What do I do about it?
