New patient. History. Pulled calve muscle lateral head of gastroc 3 months ago.
two months extreme pain on passive plantarflexion of foot in leg area. inversion/eversion no problems. Says leg feels large and swollen around ankle but it isn't. Physio gave up. has had nerve conduction test. o.k doctor sending for MRI
any ideas.... Neurologist said she had dystonia....and wants to put her on meds

On this site in the biomechanics and foot orthoses section there is a sticky thread at the top that has a section on presenting clinical patients. You might get more response in a section other than introductions. You might try reposting in a different location after reading the clinical presentation thread. There is not enough information to comment with what you have written so far.
