Glasgow Caledonian University's Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Research Group in partnership with the Yunus Centre for Social Business & Health is offering a fully funded PhD studentship (application deadline Monday 14th April) for a project entitled: 'Valuing the benefits of musculoskeletal rehabilitation: health economic implications for managing common musculoskeletal complaints'. For more details on the project itself , and for info on how to apply, please follow the link: http://www.gcu.ac.uk/research/phdresearchopportunities/ and scroll down the the MSK and Neuro Rehabilitation Research tab. Alternatively your direct point of contact is gordon.hendry@gcu.ac.uk.
AHPs with an interest and/or experience in MSK research and clinical practice are strongly encouraged to apply. Please note that whilst health economics interest/experience is desirable – MSK expertise and research experience will carry more weight as we will offer in-house health economics training through collaboration with the GCU Yunus Centre for Social Business and Health (http://www.gcu.ac.uk/yunuscentre/aboutus/healtheconomics/).
Initial informal queries are most welcome.
Best wishes,
Gordon
