I got my PNA with phenol matrixectomy 8 days ago both side of my big toes. Two days ago it blocked with crust I guess and drainage stopped. But now it's more tender, sore and more redness both of my big toes. I am soaking saline my foots twice a day. My doctor said that I have to apply some pressure after soak so it will drainage again.

What can I do please help? If drainage doesn't start again? My doctor is living an other city and I can't go there because of coronavirus travel ban. :(

 

Sounds like your getting a post operative infection. This will require antibiotics.
In the mean time use an Antiseptic like Betadine.
