I have a newly built treatment room, small waiting area and toilet attached to the side of my home that I would like to rent out to a fellow health professional. I am a physiotherapist working in the NHS and plan to use the room to slowly build up my own practice. The room is available to rent on a sessional basis, full time or part time. The unit is self contained from the main house, with it's own front door and off street parking. If you are interested please post back and I will send my email address.
