50 year old male 90kg. Middle distance runner and goes for 4 x 10 mile runs a week.

8 Months ago he started with Left sided heel pain, usually on a morning after a run and more recently shortly after resting for more than 30 minutes.
On examination while palpating along the central and medial facia from heel to arch he reports significant pain and jumps.
There is a good range of ankle motion and patient does regular calf stretches with weekly sports massages.
Reduced ROM at both 1st rays.
FPI is +6 for both feet
RCSP 6° everted
NCSP neutral
Supination resistance moderate for both feet
plantar fasciitis in the left foot.
What Orthotic would you suggest please?
