As I have been scouring the webs, I believe I have discovered my foot problem. I have a painful bone jutting up at the top of both feet, not noticeable by sight but definitely by touch. Any shoes that are tight across the top of my foot cause serious nerve pain. Just started noticing it in the last year or two. 1. Does this sound like saddle bone deformity?

And 2. Is it worth getting surgery or is it just something to resign myself to dealing with for the rest of my life? I am only 32...
