To cut a long story short i had my medial sesamoid removed in 2008. I thought the recovery process went well and i had no complications. Gradually the pain has started to come back. I'm experiencing pain around the whole joint of my big toe, the intial pain where the sesamoid was removed is still present, i've also noticed a lump on the top of my big toe joint recently. The pain has got so bad i'm now limping. I cannot run nor can i tip toe due to the amount of pain i'm experiencing. I've...
