I am learning Argentine tango and consequently meeting dancers who would like advice and treatment/orthotics to improve foot problems they experience while dancing. I don't know whether there are ranges of orthoses that have been developed to work in latin dance shoes? I'm just starting my own product search, but thought I'd see if anyone here has found a good source.

Lucky you, the tango! Good that you have had answers in another forum. Introductions is often not the best forum to post questions? There are many slimline devices from various suppliers. Good luck.

    Cheers

I could be wrong but I doubt that there are specific devices.

Also, it depends on what the goal of orthotic treatment is. However, if you are looking at anti pronation forces, 3/4 length formthotics are pretty good. Low profile and can be made lower profile or vice versa with some simple additions. Arch support can be varied depending on forces required/patient tolerance

    Good luck
