Live on Facebook and YouTube next Friday 10th July 9.30pm Dublin, 6am Adelaide ACST, 4.30pm NY, EST.

Dr. Robert Kidd will be a guest. Bob qualified in 1975 as a podiatrist from Salford, but he’s really an anatomist.

His first degree was in geology (with a minor in evolutionary biology) and he did his PhD at The University of Western Australia. He moved to Sydney as HOS and Associate Professor as head of Anatomy in 1995 with his lab.

Fossil feet are Bob’s thing!! He worked Bernhard Zipfel who did his PhD with him at The University of Witswatersrand in South Africa. Bobs anatomy speciality is the hindfoot, especially the talus.
He stayed grounded in the pod world as his wife Ros was also a podiatrist, who specialised in high risk feet and was the founder and director of South West Sydney high risk foot clinic at Liverpool hospital NSW.

Bob retired in 2010 and still teaches anatomy to podiatrists at the University of South Australia in Adelaide (UniSA).

He and his wife Ros now live part of the year in Adelaide and the rest they’re off exploring the Australian outback in their camper van.

I've uploaded some of his many research papers to the files in our private FB 'Foot Mobilisation Clann' Group - just DM me to be added.
