    Just interested in some thoughts relating to soleus pain and orthomechanical treatment for runners.


    For example, a forefoot loading runner with soleus pain. They strike in a supinated position. Would a similar principle apply to the treatment of this problem as it would for MTSS (i.e., applying a forefoot varus wedge)? ??Straightening the pull of the soleus.

    I realize the main treatment relate to heel lifts, post leg flex and eccentric training...
