    Hi all,
Just after some advice regarding best practice when injecting the sesamoids, I can't find any videos online or demos and it wasn't covered in the injection therapy training that I did a few years ago. For the fibula sesamoid is it best to go in dorsally?

Would appreciate any feedback or preferences

    Many thanks

I tend to use my routine 1st MTPJ injection technique for sesamoid pain and inject dorsally, just medial to the EHL tendon directly into the joint. Works pretty well for me.
    Regards,
    Ryan
