Im looking to purchase some equipment to perform TBI's . I notice the PPG probe is available to work in conjunction with my hand held doppler but i have been told that it is unlikely to measure pressures below 20mmhg. Its limit being 40-50 mmhg

I'm told the Systoe is more reliable in this respect but i think it only does the toe and cant do ABI's. It is also very expensive.

If anyone has experience of the two and their reliability i would be interested to know.

    Thanks
