Well early on it hurt where the fascia joins the heel. This went on for 6 months. Now less heel pain but hurts on the arch region and on top of the arch area of the foot. Well in month 3 two very good orthopedic surgeons said nothing is broke. There is no swelling. No one area is sore to touch just hurts in and around the arch region. All films are negative and typically the ortho guy has the digital x ray not the Podiatrist. Well I am in the North Mississippi area not far from Memphis, TN. Left foot is good but right foot is the problem. Left foot many times pops when I walk barefoot. Not much barefoot walking is my approach. No numbness no sharp tough pains. Feels like deep tendon soreness. Still get some bottom of foot soreness - not like it was. Done all the stretching you can imagine. Some soreness now around the head of the Talus. Wonder if I need new X rays to see if anything is new or MRI? Is it custom insole time?
