I need some advice. The Art of Management http://www.amican.com/home.htm is a Toronto based management consulting company who contacted me about their services. They claim that they can double my turnover. Before I book a consultation with them , I you like to know if any pods have used these guys, they seem a bit over the top with their sales and marketing pitch.

Hi Bruce. Be very careful with claims like that. DO they know your turnover currently? Ask them to sign a "double turnover or full refund" guarantee. Don;t sign up for contracted periods of time. If they are good you will want to keep them on. Speak directly to former clients. Avoid "system" approaches to practice management. In my experience there are no two practices the same and they should all be treated as individuals. Make sure you can't just read a book to learn what you need to know.
