This has been an intriguing case to follow with all sorts of allegations going on from both sides. There is a website (http://www.briangale.com/) devoted to one side of the argument. There was a lot of discusson on the negatively orientated Podiatry Forum on the case in 2002-2003, mostly in support of Brian Gale. It was always difficult to find or get comments or information from the "other side".

I thought the issue had died, but a recent message posted at Podiatry Forum asked for an update on the Brian Gale situation, to which Richard Willner from the Center for Peer Review Justice, Inc replied with this:

From my reading and understanding of what went on, its good to see things resolved in Brian Gale's favour .... the cost to achieve that must have been huge...

    Anyone got comments on this?

  3. From my understanding of what was said about Dr. Brian Gale, he was having difficulty with the state licensing board of the state he practiced in. I'm glad he was able to overcome his difficulties. However, in regard to Richard Willner's comments, I know for a fact that many podiatrists were concerned for Dr. Gale, but I have no idea who did what for whom.
