Hi, I’ve had Plantar Fasciitis in both feet for almost 5 years and three weeks ago I under went Topaz surgery on both my feet. For the first 2 weeks I tried to stay off them as much as possible and when I did move around the pain wasn’t too bad. After meeting with my consultant he advised being on my feet more, I have taken this advice, however both my feet are now very painful and I struggle to be on them for any length of time. I am still taking painkillers but even they don’t seem to dull...
