Walk in TrExShoes 1 hr, it is like 1 1/3 hrs. OR: like walking uphill. OR: like slogging in wet sand. TrExS look like shoes but are machines that dissipate human energy by a hydraulic friction mechanism inside the sole. US Patent was issued April 2016. TrExS are NOT Instability based as were the discontinued "Tone-Up" shoes. Our Strategy is to license the technologies, not manufacture. Retail potential is over 20 Million pairs/yr. Our True Exercise Shoes (TrExS) use an engineered hydraulic friction technology that works. It is embedded in the soles. Hydraulic friction creates heat. To dissipate the heat the TrExS features transpiration panels and other means. TrExShoes feature adjustable workout effort (Workout Intensity), set at factory but changeable in store or by skilled customer having the tool. Instability, the principle of the discontinued "Tone-Up" shoes, has no place in what we do.

A shoe constructed to provide exercise to a wearer while walking or jogging is provided. The shoe provides two bladders partially filled with liquid in the shoe's insole. The bladders are positioned rearward and forward and are interconnected by means of a hollow, flow resisting conduit. Heat venting is provided through fabric panels in the shoe upper, perforations in the shoe insole, metallic fibers in the shoe outsole, and vent tubes in the shoe inner sole.
