Just wanted to know if anybody has used monochloroacetic acid solution (crystal diluted with sterile water) with silver nitrate.

:welcome: you can add your query to an exisitng verrucae/treatment tag, search away on these and add or start your own.
We use mono but I have not used it in conjunction with silver nitrate.

    Cheers

Have used the monochloroacetic acid under occlusion in an 80% strength. Usually apply three applications every other week for no more than 2-3 seconds each application since judicial use prevents excess blistering and discomfort for the patient. The patient leaves the treatment site dry for 24 hrs and applies topical salicylic/lactic acid application under occlusion twice per day.
Only will use silver nitrate as a cauterant post debridement and prior to application of monocete. Not usually together.
