Motivation Australia and Scope Global are collaborating on a program focused on reducing the number of amputations caused by diabetic foot complications in the Pacific Region. As part of this program we are looking for volunteers to share their knowledge and mentor local personnel in three Pacific nations. Each assignment is scheduled to be for 18 months.

For Kiribati we are looking for a Podiatrist to provide training and mentoring to staff of the Ministry of Health, to assist in the establishment of a Diabetic Foot Clinic. The goal of the clinic is to provide client education, wound management and offloading to heal diabetic foot ulcers and prevent amputation.
