I would like to hear what you have heard your patients say in regard to when they are discussing their treatment , medical history , medications , etc that is not quite right but you really know what they mean ..

podiatrist : What cream do you use on your feet on a daily basis ?
Patient : P45

Podiatrist : How are your feet today ?
Patient : still on the end of my legs ! '
