    HPCA Act Review Workshop Summaries (7 May)
    Summaries of the ideas brought forward by the workshops’ participants to address the implementation issues of the Act are now available.

    Ministry has commissioned an independent report into international best practice in health workforce regulation.

    An Analysis of a Survey of Health Practitioners Concerning their Experiences with the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act (2003) (25 Mar)

    HPCA Act Review Workshops - Call for registrations (10 Mar)
    The second phase of the review will begin in April with a series of workshops in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. A registration form is available on the Review of the HPCA Act page.

    Analysis of responses to Ministry of Health survey document - Review of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003: Identification of issues and proposed solutions (04 Mar)
    This analysis draws together the results of the Ministry’s survey, dealing with responses to each part of the Act in turn.
