I have seen tons of these type of cases in clinical practice from Podiatrists and GPs alike (not quite this bad I will admit). From scarring due to over zealous acid application to some of the most ridiculous incisions for removal I have ever come across.

The moral of the story - don't do what your not comfortable doing....and even if you are comfortable, think twice!!!!
