Hi seeking assistance with a diagnosis. 4 year old presented with both forefeet MPJ's plantarly and both hallux plantarly and 2-5 toes.....with minor thickening of skin. Skin peeling fissure open at times. Anhydrotic, lessor toes extremely dry and flaky.

Mum suggests time line is 12 months but not specific.
Tried antifungal cream no change.
Tried sorbolene recently might be helping?
GP no thoughts or treatment see Pod.
History of eczema both posterior knees, mild, Tx cortisone
MPJ'sdistally skin healthy normal.
Hands, fingers normal.
Paternal Uncle may have psoriasis.
3 year old sister no evidence.
18 month old normal.
4th child under 4 not sighted but apparently normal.
Otherwise child healthy "normal".
Footwear leather, good condition.
Flexible, chews off the skin that is peeling.
